Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. (photo proof required for claim)
If you do not want the product you've received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, in original complete packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. If the items shows use in any way, an addition 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be within 30 days of delivery, or return will not be honored.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message directly to email@example.com with your order number, name, and product ordered, along with the reason for the return.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We are not responsible if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
